Your information

Privacy policy

Last updated August 10, 2026

The short version. We collect what you type into our offer form, which is your property address, your name, your phone number and how soon you want to move. We use it to call you back about your house. We do not sell it, and we do not run email marketing campaigns with it.

What we collect

When you fill out the offer form on this site, you give us four things.

That is the whole form. We do not ask for a Social Security number, a bank account, a credit card or a date of birth, and you should not send those to us through this website.

Like almost every website, our host also records ordinary technical information when a page loads, such as the IP address of the device asking for the page and the time it asked. We use that to keep the site running and to spot abuse, not to build a profile of you.

How we use it

We use your information to look at your property, work out what we can pay for it, and contact you about it. If you ask us to prepare an offer, we may also look up public records about the property, such as county assessor and recorder information, which is available to anyone.

We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not run drip campaigns.

Phone calls and text messages

This is the part worth reading closely. When you submit the form with your phone number, you are asking us to contact you about your property, and you agree that we may call you and send you text messages at that number about your inquiry. We may use an autodialer or a prerecorded message to do it.

Agreeing to this is not a condition of selling us your house. You can tell us to stop at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, or simply tell the person who calls you that you want to be removed, and we will stop. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information.

We share it only where it is needed to actually buy your house or to run our business, which means the following.

If we decide your house is not a fit for us, we may refer you to another buyer or to a real estate agent, and we would pass along your contact details and property address so they can follow up. If you would rather we did not do that, say so and we will not.

Other companies whose code runs on this page

Three outside services load as part of this page, and each of them can see your IP address the way any website you visit can.

Each of these companies handles what it receives under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

Your choices

You are in control of all of this.

How long we keep it

If we buy your house, we keep the records of that transaction for as long as our accountants and the law require. If we never do business together, you can ask us to delete your inquiry and we will.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to lead information is limited to the people at BMH Group who need it. No website can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Children

This site is meant for adults who own property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it.
